RE/MAX Crossroads was founded in 2012, when Broker Sue Wilkerson purchased a RE/MAX franchise, transitioning from her brokerage, Terra Venture Real Estate.  Terra Venture Real Estate began in 2002, focusing on Weber, Morgan and Davis County real estate listings and sales.  In 2006, the company created its identity, purchasing the Heber Scowcroft Mansion in Ogden.

The agents with RE/MAX Crossroads are diverse, each specializing with their personal passion.  Ranging from land development to Powder Mountain, patio home building to first time homebuyers and Historic neighborhoods to luxury estates, we have an agent to match your passion. The brokerage has the latest and greatest digital signature programs for ease of signing from anywhere in the world, as well as digital earnest money transmission for safe, secure deposits.

The RE/MAX brand prides itself on being the most recognized branding in the world, and employs only the top agents that sell real estate with professionalism. The red and blue balloon is a notable symbol throughout the real estate community and beyond.

RE/MAX Crossroads also believes in giving back.  The brokerage donates to many causes throughout the community including Youth Impact, the Christmas Box House, Weber State, YCC, Salvation Army, Charitable Chair, the Junior League of Ogden, the Eccles Art Center, and many others.  The firm also believes in sourcing locally, with all printing done with Ellis Printing, and signage with Richards Signs.
